2013 AAYBA WORLD SERIES
Our 2012 season was an extremely successful. For the third year in a row we had right at 700 teams participating between the three World Series locations and for that, we thank you. While no program is perfect, each year based on feedback from our participants, we make every effort to correct mistakes from the previous year in an effort to bring you the finest youth baseball experience possible.
2013 AAYBA WORLD SERIES UPDATE
AABYA would like to thank you in advance for considering AAYBA as your choice for World Series play. Missouri and Colorado provide quality World Series play with ties to the Colorado Rockies and the Saint Louis Cardinals. Texas with quality fields and ties to the Texas Rangers have helped make them the largest single site World Series in the nation. We look forward to having you join us in 2013
SOME CHANGES FOR THE 2013 AAYBA WORLD SERIES EVENTS
Be sure to check each different World Series location's home page by clicking on it's state flag located on top of each page on the main AAYBA website, as each location has made some changes for the 2013 season.
For example in Texas where we host age groups 7U-14U, we experimented last year with a small bracket per age group for recreation and all star teams, based on the overwhelming success, beginning in 2013 we will host a much larger (32 team) bracket for recreational and all-star teams which will feature the extrememly popular "drop down" format. This division will help balance the talent and help to insure we get teams placed into the correct bracket based on team strength. This bracket will only be available for age groups 9U-12U and ONLY in TEXAS.
Colorado & Missouri will both be hosting age groups 10U to 14U. Like last year no location will enforce mandatory hotel booking, teams may stay wherever they desire.
