What helps make AAYBA tournaments the best? We help you spend less by offering the lowest priced hotels of all the national tournaments held in Saint Louis. Our prices are an average of $15 less than the competition. We get these low rates by blocking the rooms out a year in advance and guaranteeing that our teams will use these hotels. By guaranteeing that we will fill a hotel, we get a much lower rate.
Before we enacted this policy, teams were sometimes forced to stay over an hour away from the fields, because all St. Louis hotels were booked. In addition, we use so many hotel rooms that it is necessary to book our rooms a year in advance. By guaranteeing that our teams will stay in their hotels, we get a good rate as well as plenty of rooms to house our teams. By ensuring our teams’ rooms and solid room rates, AAYBA is financially responsible for these rooms. Therefore, in order to get these great rates and participate in any AAYBA tournament, teams and all those associated with the teams must book their rooms through AAYBA.

Choose three hotels in order of preference and contact Greg Moore at (314) 822-8434 or via email at gsmoore21@aol.com. We will try to ensure that you get your first choice, but please be aware that your first choice may be filled. Have the number of rooms needed, type of rooms, the date of arrival and the date of departure ready when calling. A credit card must be provided to hold the rooms.
Once the team arrives, each parent is responsible for their own payment. THERE IS A 48 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY WITH ALL HOTELS. IF YOU CANCEL A ROOM 48 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE CHECK-IN, THERE WON’T BE A CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. The team rooming list must be filled out on- line at www.aayba.com two weeks after booking rooms. When you book within 2 months of the tournament, your rooming list must be submitted within a week of booking your rooms.
