AAYBA Vendor Information

For those of you interested in advertising your product or services with us we offer the following choices:

1) If you want to set up a vendor display onsite you will need to contact the tournament host directly, fees vary per location.

2) If you want to advertise on the AAYBA website you will receive ...

  • We will give you a direct link from our website to yours
  • You will be included in our e-newsletter which is emailed to approximately 45,000 managers once per month from October to around March at which time it is sent twice per month through July.
  • When a team registers for any of our four World Series events online they must download an actual application – your flyer/order form/brochure will be part of our application. This insures that every team playing in any of our World Series events receives your information.
  • Once we receive payment for our World Series each team will be sent an emailed confirmation – this is sent to the manager, and team mom. We will include your information within the confirmation. Once again you are insured that every team receives your information.
  • Your information will be included in our final World Series packet which will include the game schedule for the teams.
  • We are picky about what goods and services we advertise. If we accept you as a vendor you will be exclusive to your product.
  • The advertising season is not 12 months but season to season. (Example: If you wait to advertise until around March, your fee is not carried to the following March, it will expire at the conclusion of our World Series at the end of July).
