This is a "tentative" itinerary. The actual itinerary will be sent as we get near to the event.
Sunday July 6th - Team check-in from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The mandatory managers meeting will take place at promptly 6:00pm and going no later than 7:00pm.
Monday July 7th & Tuesday July 8th- Round one games, starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm. Each team plays 3 games over the 2 days.
Wednesday, July 9th - Unless we have inclement weather on Monday or Tuesday there will be no games scheduled this is your day to enjoy Colorado.
Thursday July 10th & Friday July 11th - round two (seeding), starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm.
Saturday July 12th - Games conclude, all teams will play one game on this day, awards ceremony following each team’s final game, all players on all teams will receive an award of some type. Players must be present to receive their award.
Sunday July 13th - Rain date - games will only be played in the event of inclement weather.
