This is a "tentative" itinerary. The actual itinerary will be sent as we get near to the event
Sunday July 13th - Team check-in from 9:00am until 5:00pm. The mandatory managers meeting will take place at promptly 6:00pm and going no later than 7:00pm.
Monday July 14th & Tuesday July 15th - Round one games, starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm. Each team plays 3 games over the 2 days.
Wednesday July 16th - Unless we have inclement weather on Monday or Tuesday there will be no games scheduled this is your day to enjoy Colorado.
Thursday July 17th - round two (seeding), starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm.
Friday July 18th - round two continues, starting times 8am and played until approx 2:00pm-3:00pm. AAYBA Night with the Rockies vs Pittsburgh at 7:05pm.
AAYBA night at Coors field will be available for the second week only (age groups 10U, 11U, & 14U). The game will be on Friday evening July 18th beginning at 7:05pm. To download a ticket order form click on one of the links below:

Saturday July 19th - Games conclude, all teams will play one game on this day, awards ceremony following each team’s final game, all players on all teams will receive an award of some type. Players must be present to receive their award.
Sunday July 20th - Rain date - games will only be played in the event of inclement weather.
