Schedule and the itinerary for the week

St Louis July 19-26 (27th if needed rain date) 11U, 12U, & 13U

This is a "tentative" itinerary. The actual itinerary will be sent as we get near to the event.

With so many teams dropping at the last minute with little or no regard for the other teams attending, schedules will not be available in advance … they will be given to the managers at check-in. However, the week will break down as follows:

Friday July 18th - Check-in (site to be determined) - Early-Bird and Local team check-in Site to be determined 6:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday July 19th – Check-in (site to be determined) - Local team check-in 10:00am until 12:00pm, out of town team check-in 12:00pm until 4:00pm, followed by a mandatory managers meeting at 5:00pm.

Sunday July 20th & Monday July 21st – first round seeding games, all teams will play a total of three games during these two days.

Tuesday July 22nd – Scheduled off day, no games will be scheduled unless we had extremely inclement weather the first two days. Opening ceremonies on the field at Busch Stadium prior to the Cardinals vs Milwaukee Brewers game. Details on what time and where teams will gather at the stadium will be determined late.

Wednesday July 23rd – round two of tier play begins featuring the various drop down levels.

Thursday July 24th – round two of tier play contnues featuring the various drop down levels.

Friday July 25th – round two of tier play contnues, some final placement games may be played.

Saturday July 26th - Final placement games – all players from all team will receive an award. Players must be present to receive their award.

Sunday July 27th - If needed, rain date.
