This is a "tentative" itinerary. The actual itinerary will be sent as we get near to the event.
Friday July 18th - Team check-in from 6:00pm until 8:30pm
Saturday July 19th - Team check-in from 9:00am until 6:00pm. Beginning at 4:00pm, a variety of games, dunking booth, water baloons, pin trading, as well as families being able to purchase food, gate passes, hats, t-shirts, and other novelty items. Opening ceremony will begin at 6:30pm. The mandatory managers meeting will take place at Bakerfield beginning promptly at 5:00pm and going no later than 6:00pm.
MANAGERS BRING YOUR SWIM SUIT AND GIVE YOUR PLAYERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DUNK YOU IN THE DUNKING BOOTH. BOOTH HOURS ARE 4:00PM UNTIL 7:00PM
Sunday July 20th & Monday July 21st - Round one games, starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm. Each team plays 3 games over the 2 days.
Tuesday, July 22nd - Unless we have inclement weather on Sunday or Monday there will be no games scheduled this is your day to enjoy Dallas.
Wednesday, July 23rd - round two (seeding), starting times 8am and played until 10:00pm. Each team plays 1 game.
Thursday July 24th, Friday July 25th – Round 3 begins.
Saturday July 26th - Games conclude, all teams will play one game on this day, awards ceremony following each team’s final game, all players on all teams will receive an award of some type. Players must be present to receive their award.
Sunday July 27th - Rain date - games will only be played in the event of inclement weather.
